Whistleblower
A person who informs people in authority or the public that the company they work for is doing something wrong or illegal.
Example usage from an FT article:
Its research found that whistleblowers in places such as the US were encouraged to speak out not just because of money, but because they felt better protected by designated and properly managed whistleblower schemes.
